Despite a price so low it made me wonder whether this was a scam, they delivered exactly what I ordered and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely buy from these folks again. |

Terrible service. First, requiring a signed fax to send to another family member followed by delays in sending the purchase. I called to check on status of the purchase and got only recorded messages. No one ever called back in two days of leaving messages on the status of the order. Once someone did call it was about a zip code change. Once that was cleared up it still was not sent and many days went by between follow-up calls. It's now 14 days since I placed the order and still playing phone tag. Finally, I decided to cancel the order. This is not a functional website. |

I placed my order with Buy.com and it shipped via there market place Compuvest. Compuvest shipped the wrong part! The packing slip and invoice showed the correct part but the Item in the box was the wrong part number. CompuVest wanted me to pay the shipping to return the order. I spoke with several people in customer service and they all said the say robotic thing "return shipping is the responsibility of the customer". I explained to them that I would not be held liable for there error! Only after I disputed the charges on my credit card did they send me a shipping label. |

the Mouse i got Logitech M510 was a defected piece. it doesnt work properly. when ordering,it said 'open box' item, but didnt said that it a non working item too. Stay away from COMPUVEST. |

Thanks for sending a defective battery. The process required to return the item was so lengthy with all types of restrictions. If it was a manufacturer battery return it to them, restocking fees, etc. I decided to chalk this up as a loss and order my product elsewhere. Don't get sucked in, you may save a few dollars, but your product may not work. |

I paid over $40.00 for a defective replacement battery for my laptop and now,they expect me to also pay a 15% restocking fee and a $10.00 return shipping charges fee. What a scam of a company. I will never do business with this Scum!!!! |

The site was easy enough to navigate and placing an order was no problem. I ordered a hard drive listed as "New Plain Box". It arrived quickly via ground shipping. I expected a new hard drive based on the description and the invoice. However I received a hard drive that is labeled "Certified Repaired HDD". The drive also has a drive cage indicating it was previously used in a server (it should be a bare drive). I have no intention of using anything but a new hard drive in my server and am trying to return the product. Unfortunately when you call CompuVest the only option is to leave a message and expect a call back "in 30 minutes". This is my 4th order with CompuVest and this is the first time there has been a problem. |

I order online from Amazon a lot. This is first order thru you. I get sick when I find out USPS is delivering. If they do deliver in one piece, its always done on last day possible. Their tracking site suck as they only show the item scanned on first day of order..then nothing for many days until the order is delieved. Punishing folks for shipping free. |

I like what I found and glad I found it. I will visit here more often to order parts I need for computer repairs and upgrades. The prices are some of the best and need not shop any further. I recognize the name (Compuvest)from way back so everything should be on the up and up. UPDATE: 10-22-2011 I still like everything about Compuvest. The HDD I received did work but would not initialize properly foe Windows XP . It was only $17.00 so I'm not going to worry about it. I found another identical HDD in a scrap sever in my collection. Store credit would be nice or a pickup slip for return would be OK, but no problem any way. |

I'm sure that if you are a tech savy person and know exactly what to order compuvest.com may be the place for you. If you have any doubts as to if you should purchase from them and are not 100% sure the product will be compatible with all your components DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They will not accept the product as a return and you are stuck with a product that is not compatible for what you need. I actually find it ludicrous that returns of this nature are not accepted. There should be a huge banner on the home page telling you this. Order at will. |

"stop, you do not want to order from this site. their reviews online are terrible. no one gets what they ordered unless its broken, hit the back button now, unless you wish to have this fraudulent company destroy your life!" why dont they have someone who actually answers the phone? why leave voicemails for them to call you back? they said my order was cancelled, but the pending charge is still on my visa card. why? because they really didnt cancel my order! |
