Called customer service to be sure the computer I was buying was not refurbished (it wasn't) and the agent took my entire order over the phone. He was friendly and professional. I've recieved the shipment tracking information. So far, a good experience. |

Original order was misplaced. I called on 1/25/12 and spoke with Robby (x116) who found the order and expedited its shipment. Mistakes do happen and Robby was very helpful in resolving it. |

Placed order online on a Saturday. Spoke to a representative on Monday morning to resolve a question about the product before it got shipped. All was well. Order shipped on Monday and I promptly received order on Wednesday. |
