i had problems at first--ending up with 6 camera on my bill, couldn't seem to change the number, had to 'remove' and start over. but once i was able to get just one camera in my cart, it all went smoothly. i hope this item will ship today. thanks |

Had to change web page to order item even when the order looked like it had taken. When I went to your own page with item info it did take. This almost made me give up on this purchase from you. I had come from Consumer Reports "Price & Shop" page. You may want to check it out as the first try asked for patience while the s/w was being updated? Otherwise, good price and we will see about the rest. |
