Our rep helped us get the system we needed at a price we could afford- (We are a small church, so this was no small feat- I was so impressed!) Since we were adding onto an older system some tweaking was necessary- all expertly handled by Steve. Additionally, one part arrived with a manufacturer's defect, and the replacement was sent immediately. All up and running for Christmas Eve! Thank you so much! |

Yes. I initially had trouble with a coupon code but the customer service rep that I spoke with really took care of me. Not only did he explain why the code wasn't working, he gave me a slight discount to compensate for my troubles. I am totally impressed! I will definitely buy from Sweetwater again. The customer service rep understood my situation, and made me feel like a valued customer. Plus I LOVE the candies included in the packaging! |

Working with Sweetwater is always a pleasant experience. I never feel like I'm just "another customer". My sales rep always takes as much time as I need to answer my questions about gear, and then he does everything he can to get me the best price and shortest shipping time. The first time I bought from Sweetwater it was because of the price, but I keep buying from them because of their great customer service. |

I probably will not buy from sweetwater again. I was highly disappointed in the free 'fedex ground' advertised on your website, which ended up being the incredibly SLOW 'smartpost' fedex budget service. I was not happy with how long it took to get my gear - 11 days! |
