My experience with One Call.com was very negative. Sales people were not very knowledgeable and was looking for best price. Sales people did not call back when they said they would and was going to purchase a $3000.00 70 inch 3D tv but would not work with me on the price. Then at the very end when I almost purchased it after well over an hour of talking to them I was informed they do not have any 3D glasses in stock and the sales person told me they have no idea when they would be restocking. Imagine buying a $3000.00 tv and then find out you cant watch it because of no glasses. I was only told that after I was ready to order. Take my advice , if you are purchasing electronics check out a company called "A B T". They are very knowledgable and will meet anyones price" |

I was a little disappointed by the shipping company (YRC) OneCall used. They did not show up the first day when they said they would. Even after calling (when 1 hour late) and promising they would be there within the hour, they didn't show. They came 3 hours after the window and I had left. Follow up calls to them to reschedule then they accused me of not being there and were a 'little rude.' When they did come the next time, all went well and the great TV was delivered just fine. |
