I had purchased a firewall with security suite and support services on it a while back from E-IT. Unknown to me they kept track of the expiry date of those services and sent a renewal notice prior to that date. I'm glad they did. I had forgotten about it in my crazy busy life. I placed the renewal and the next day I had the code and no more worries. Now that is great customer service. |
