I wanted to place my order with your company because you guarantee that the memory you suggest will work for my laptop. It was not that easy for me to find the right memory for my laptop. I live in Canada and I was worried that the cost for shipping would be too much so I did a livechat with one of your customer service people. I was told to choose the USPS Standard shipping option in the cart and that the shipping would be no more that $16.50 but the only option available in the shopping cart was USPS Priority shipping and the charge for that was $23.95. Ethan from livechat told me to call tomorrow morning to place my order but according to your website your 10% sale ends tonight so Ethan told me to just apply the code Livechat for an 11% discount but I am trying to get a business started and I don't have time for that so I just went ahead and placed the order. My suggestion to you would be to list your international shipping charges up front so that there is no confusion for your int |
