The bulb did not work. It took a long time to reach a customer service representative on the live chat but they got an RMA issued for the bulb and a replacement shipped right out. |

I was very pleased with the service and how quickly my order was shipped. I had orderd a lamp from another company January 2 and still havent recieved it. I got my lamp from Electrified before Laptopsforless would even give my money back. Thanks Electrified you are great!!! |

Our university has used Electrified for a number of years for ordering bulbs for our data projectors. They have provided very good service at extremely reasonable rates and the bulb failure rate has been exceptionally low. Their customer service is heads and shoulders above the other companies we used to use. No company is perfect and noone can please every customer, but I would not hesitate to recommend buying your bulbs and other items from these folks. |

Shopping experience had to be the best, absolutely recommend this merchant to a friend! Found projection Lamp I needed, on 01/23/12 this at deadline 2PM for same day shipping. Want onto Live Chat, stated what I wanted before I actually ordered product and reply was order lamp and let her know. I ordered product and completed transaction with aid of sales dept. I was assured of getting delivery by 01/25/12, by UPS ground and somehow it was switched to USPS at my city, Philly, and at my door 3:50PM on 01/25/12. UPS showed, online, 10 different actions during shipping. I had ordered lamp from another vendor on 01/08/12 to receive it between 01/12 and 01/18/12 which failed to come as of 01/23/12. This actually worked out better since Electrified.com has 180 warranty on "O" series lamp vs 90days on 1st Lamp BP96 series. The lamp is new and was a cinch to install with excellent picture quality. Electrified went another step further with followup emails & free offers. |

The items ordered were shipped the same day as ordered. I received very prompt replies regarding shipment and invoice notification. The prices of the items ordered were excellent as were the descriptions of the product. |

I ordered this product on Monday (a holiday) and had it Friday. It came just as offered and I had installed in 10 minutes. I will definitely use this company again as well as tell my friends as they all have projectors too. Electrified had the best prices for parts and great service. |

(Edited December 30th by hockeygirl01) definitely recommend Electrified.com. After countless hrs of researching the replacement bulbs for our DLP we decided to try Electrified. The bulb arrived on time. We had it installed in the tv no more than 30 seconds and it blew! We contacted customer service a few days later & rec'd help from a tech to troubleshoot the problem and assistance from customer service on how to return the bulb for a replacement. Glad we did our homework before we decided on a replacement parts dealer! very positive experience. |

I tried ordering this bulb from a local company, and they messed me up bad, for 2.5 weeks, as they sent me the wrong lamp 2 times in a row. I finally told them to forget it & ordered this lamp from electrified. I received it in 2 days and installed it in 10 min. My big screen tv is working like new again, and the price of the lamp was half of what the other company wanted. Electrified is fantastic in my book and will receive all my business from now on. |

I called them up and with minutes they had a solution for me and they were sending me a new one! I Recommend Electrified to everyone. |

Ordering and deliver were easy. However the product was extremely disappointing. We did not buy any warranty because we do not watch excessive TV and figured that such an expensive lamp would last for a couple of years...like the original. However the lamp lasted less then 8 month and now we are faced at having to buy another lamp. It will probably not be from this company. |

I purchased a lamp for my Sony TV and was so excited when it arrived. It only took three days. I put it in without any difficulty. My TV worked great. Then six weeks later the lamp light came on and words on my tv popped up explaining that the lamp was nearing end of life and to replace lamp. Are you kidding me, its been six weeks. I have emailed them twice, notone response. I have called and they told me its passed the 30days. What bull. So be careful buying from here. |

I Purchased a projector replacement lamp from Electrified Discounters, Inc. Invoice number 363311-PL on 9/15/11. It arrived several days later via UPS ground. The lamp arrived broken. I called their customer service, explained the problem and they told me to ship it back at my expense so they could replace it. I asked why I would have to pay for the shipping costs when it was their problem for shipping defective product. They told me it is their policy and it is my problem. This is the first time I purchase from this online company but I would not purchase from them again. I was very dissatisfied with the way this purchase was handled. I purchased and paid. Now not only do I have to go through all the steps to return the product, which requires to call back with a UPS tracking number, but I have to wait until they return, hopefully a functional lamp but I am also accountable for the shipping cost. NOT VERY HAPPY!!! |

Very friendly over the phone. Merchandise was in stock and quickly shipped. I asked for 3 Day guaranteed shipping. They called me back and said it was likely that my order would get here in 3 days without the extra cost and offered to change it. Nice! (AND - it DID get here on time) & the product works wonderfully. |

Had a problem with my credit card on the online site, but after an email and a phone call, my order was taken care of right away. It was nice to call the 1-800 number and have a person answer the phone and help me without getting transferred a bunch of times. Also, the price of this item was $75-$100 less than other vendors. |

I found my replacement lamp on Electrified.com for at least a third less than anywhere else. The site was easy to use, and the technical support service is fabulous. I would highly recommend this site to anyone. |

The order was placed and shipped on the same day and received the next by UPS which is their standard and my preferred method of shipment. The total price was a few dollars more than the lowest price listed at the California site which would of shipped USPS and advertised as 7 to 10 days shipping. This is the second equivalent replacement bulb I've ordered from Electrified. The first replacement was in July, 2009 and the TV set is on constantly and the replacement easily has 5000 hours on it but the screen was getting dull. Its amazing the brightness and contrast with the new bulb. I'm very satisfied. |
