Very satisfied with CostCentral.com for the most part. My only current concern is that only 8 out of 12 items that I purchased were shipped from this order, with no explanation as to why the last four items were left out or when I should expect to receive them. |

Communication was quick and accurate, with on time delivery. The only issue was that the packaging was damaged a bit which compromised the packing of the software, but it did not harm the software. |

Shopping was great; however, the email I received immediately after placing the order is very confusing. It indicates that our mailing address has to be on file with our credit card carrier or there might be a delay in shipping the order. Very missleading. I called to cancel the olrder because I simply don't have the time to try and verify that information (not as easy as your message indicates) and I've never been asked that before and the card works fine only to find out that the order had shipped. |
