The item I placed in my cart last week was out of stock and removed from my cart when ordering today. I was notified, but was surprised it was out of stock. I wish my order could be placed on Saturday, even if no one is available at the store to fill the order. |

Excellent. I've used B&H before to purchase all my photography equipment. I've used them to ask pre-sale questions and I've used their customer service to return an item before. It's all good. An excellent company to do business with, I don't heasitate to recommend them to everybody. |

I go to B&H for almost every camera, lens, flash, and other accessories I get. Only the best products at competitive prices. Orders filled immediately, and very helpful customer service on the few occasions I've needed to contact them. For anything camera related I simply trust them to get me a good product or be able to help me should something not be right. Probably a good thing I don't live closer or I might go on a spending spree or at least build a giant wishlist I could never fill. |

Good value for quality items. Could not give them an excellent rating as they required an in-person signature for delivery of the item which then forces you to take a day off and stay at home to get delivery or drive to delivery company location to pick up your package later. |

I have been shopping for this digital recorder for a long time ...B&H Photo and ......... were both $199 for a long time then when my tax return came today I went on ....... and they went up to $239 !! So I was pleased to see that you had not gone up in price.....so here I am buying it from you....thanks B&H Photo !!!! I just placed my order with B&H but my experience so far has been positive. Shipping times are fast and I loved receiving free shipping on my order! Not only was the base price of the product cheaper than anywhere else, but it's one of the few places I found free shipping on top of that. Can't wait to get my order and hopefully I'll be shopping with B&H again in the future. |
