DataBazaar.com almost always has a 5% discount going and gives free delivery. I've never had a problem with the inks ordered from them. This time delivery was a lot slower than my experiences before. Rather than ship the next day, it took them 5 days to ship this time and they didn't email me when the shipment went out. I had to call them. In the past I've always been pleased with how quickly I've received the merchandise. I was desperate for the ink this time, so placed another order order with Staples and received free delivery the next day. |

I use this merchant regularly and always have been extremely satisfied. Shipping charges are very reasonable, quick delivery and on one occasion when we received a defective toner cartridge they resolved the matter very quickly. I highly recommend this vendor. |

Repeated use of Databazaar has been satisfactory except for my last two orders. In the next to last order, three mistakes were made. In the last order one mistake was made (sending a product that was not in the original packaging). The earlier order was corrected satisfactorily and I expect that the last order will be corrected as well. |

Very cluttered website. I was able to find what I needed but I didn't like that printers/toners/drums were all on the same search page. It was confusing to just find the one toner that I was looking for. |
