This was first purchase from SoftwareMedia.com. It takes alot to impress me, and I WAS impressed. I can't remember how I found them, but I was looking for the lowest delivered price. They called me the next business day to verify my information and they shipping was fast and on time! I definitely wil shop with them again and have already recommended to friends. |

I placed the order on line using my temporary PO Box where I am staying for several months. Shortly thereafter, a rep called me asking for a street address since FedX could not deliver to PO Box. Rep was very pleasant, and professional. Another rep called when I was finished with the first requesting the same info, and checked my order status to see if had been updated. Both reps were very pleasant and professional. Order arrived when promised. |

When I notified them that they had sent me the downloadable version instead of the full version retail box of Microsoft Office Professional 2010 which I had ordered, they were very prompt in crediting my credit card with the difference in price. |
