I am quite satisfied with the transaction and product thus far. The merchant reviews warned of phone calls prior to shipment using high-pressure tactics to sell accessories. While I did receive a call, it was essentially polite and reminding me that a backup battery or two should be considered. Though unnecessary, it was not what I would call a high-pressure approach, which I appreciated. |

I simply searched google products for the exact product I wanted, and this merchant offered the product for the cheapest total cost (including taxes and shipping). I followed the link to the merchant's website and completed the purchase with no problem. The merchant called me just prior to shipping the item because they noticed that it did not include a necessary accessory, and offered to include that accessory on the same invoice. |

Ordering was quick & easy on the Internet. The only hitch was we had to do telephone tag over a few days before connecting (thus delaying shipment)....to answer waving delivery signature. Having consented to waving signature, upon delivery by UPS, signature was required anyway! |

42nd Street called me after my order just to verify the purchase. I appreciated speaking with a live person and having the follow up. The camera arrived 2 days after ordering. I also got what I think was a very good price on the camera. I would buy from 42nd Street again and highly recommend them to friends. |

From a quality and value perspective, 42ns Street Photo is terrific. Several phone calls placed to my house to follow up on the order lent an air of confusion and uncertainty to the order arriving on time, but it did arrive as expected and it was well packed and exactly as described. I would certainly order from them again. |

It was very easy to order. The only small problem we experienced was the shipping. We did not receive the camera by the date estimated. We worried for 2 days it would not come in time for an event. |

I didn't like the follow up call. The person asked what color I ordered (which was never a choice) and asked how I wanted it delivered (which I had already selected when ordering online). The call felt like it was just to sell me additional products and seemed ungenuine. |
