LCD Screen Size: Digital camcorders have a miniature LCD monitor on the back to preview footage that you are shooting. You can also playback the footage later on the screen. LCD Screen Size is the length of that monitor measured diagonally.
Image Stabilization: There are two types of image stabilization: optical and digital. An optical stabilizer uses gyrometers to detect camera motion. The gyrometer signals are used to electrically position a movable lens assembly so that the image projected onto the CCDs stays centered. Digital stabilization pixel shifts the image frames to create a more stable video image, it also degrades the video quality somewhat.
