Weaknesses: The manual is not clear and lacks step-by-step installation instructions.

Review: My experience with telephone tech support turned out to be not satisfactory. The lady did not provide useful information and seemly tried to follow a handbook in front of her. She asked me to input PPPoE account information which I did not believe is necessary since I was not trying to connect it to my DSL modem.
